Dave Beifuss

Dave left corporate Canada behind to quench his own entrepreneurial thirst.  Following trials in other arenas he felt destined to combine his passion for tasty beers and operating his own business.  Decades of home wine making give some insight but more practice and study was required.  Home brewing commenced with lifelong friend Todd where they each honed their craft at a small scale.  With the practical in hand, time to focus on the academics, Dave enrolled in the Master Brewer Program with the Siebel Institute of Technology – World Brewing Academy.  While the idea of opening a brewery was discussed, the timing never really seemed to right.  Until 2015 when the stars aligned, Dave and Todd’s partnership was forged and Kame & Kettle Beer Works was founded.
